Customized, on-site PPC 101 and PPC University are scheduled by appointment.

CME Credits
The Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative's Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program is offered in cooperation with Allegheny General Hospital, which is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. In accordance with the policies and standards of ACCME, the American Association of Medical Colleges and Allegheny General Hospital, presenters are asked to indicate if they have any relationship, which, in the context of their presentations, could be perceived as a real or apparent conflict of interest (e.g. ownership of stock, honoraria, or consulting fees). Any such relationships will be disclosed to the audience and consideration will be given to the possible influences on their presentations.

Registration
Mandatory registration for PPC Open University can be completed online using the form available here.

Booking of an On-Site Customized PPC 101 training or On-Site Customized four-day PPC University program can be coordinated by telephone. Registration of all on-site participants is mandatory, but there is no need to use forms provided on PRHI's web site. Instead, host institutions can provide a single master list of names, phone numbers and emails for all participants.

Cost
Tuition for PPC Open University is $1,400 per participant. Tuition covers instruction, all background workbooks; materials; CME credits; and continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon refreshments. There is a $200 withdrawal fee if cancellation occurs within two weeks of start date.

Tuition for on-site PPC 101 training is $300 per participant (minimum 20 participants). Tuition covers all participant handouts, including workbook; all training materials, CME credits and two PPC trainers. The on-site host is responsible for arrangements and costs for a training site large enough to accommodate five-foot tables for each four-to-five member team; arrangements and payment for continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.

Tuition for a customized, on-site four-day, PPC University is $40,000 for up to 20 participants. Up to five more participants may be added for an additional $5,000. This fee includes all pre-readings and handouts, including workbook; all training materials; CME credits; three to four trainers and any applicable expenses for their travel and accommodations. The on-site host is responsible for arrangements and payment for a training site large enough to accommodate 25 to 30 participants and 12 six-foot tables; arrangement and payment for a continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack for each day of training.
