Cancellation fees apply: When cancellation is made within two weeks of class starting date, there will be a $200.00 cancellation fee.
If pre-readings have already been received, one of the following will apply:
- Return of all materials received to PRHI or
- $100.00* fee payable to Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative.
*Pre-reading materials fee is in addition to the cancellation fee.
